President William Ruto has expressed dissatisfaction with the contractor of Kisii Cancer Center issuing a stern warning to him.
Speaking while inspecting the project, the Head of State told the contractor to meet the deadline or have the whole contract terminated.
“We have laid a strong foundation to accelerate the fulfilment of our promise to the people. Contractors delaying the implementation of key programmes will not be tolerated.

In Kisii, inspected the construction of the Kisii Cancer Centre, a vital component of our healthcare plan.
I was dissatisfied with the progress and instructed the contractor to meet the deadlines or face contract termination.” he said
The President was speaking a day after he ushered in the new year in Kisii County where he also addressed the nation.
“We applaud Kenyans for entrusting our leadership with the transformation of our country. We are glad this has taken tangible shape and delivered results. Through our continued collective labour, we will work harder and deliver greater progress. In our unity, we are better equipped to tackle our challenges.” said President William Ruto
