Even after pleading guilty, the Judge reminded her of the consequences and even advised her to talk to her lawyer first.
“Nakupa muda zaidi Ndio uweze kuongea na wakili wako ambaye Yuko mahakamani mzungumze wakuelezee vizuri kile unachoambia mahakama ” said the judge
The case has now been transferred to Kibera Law Courts where she will be expected to take a second plea before it takes off.
At the moment, she will be held at Langata women prison until when the matter will be mentioned on November 8th.
Anne Adhiambo was captured on CCTV camera leaving Eric Maigo’s house barely a day after the murder was confirmed.
It was believed that she could have been receiving treatment but a search in her house in Kibera led to the discovery of the same clothes she was seen wearing during the incident.
