Ralph Edward Nguma Nzwii, another fake lawyer has been arrested and charged with various offenses for posing as an advocate.
Revealing the details was Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President Eric Theuri who noted that the fake lawyer had been remanded in custody pending a pre bail report.
“Ralph Edward Nguma Nzwii, another fake lawyer, was today charged for among other offenses masqueradering as an advocate. On objections by LSK, he was remanded in custody pending pre bail report.

Fake lawyers expose clients to serious legal consequences. LSK will continue to hunt and weed out fake lawyers.” he said
The news follows an expose of one Brian Mwenda Njagi who attracted the attention of Kenyans after it emerged that he had won several court cases, allegations that Eric Theuri denied.
