Renowned Kenyan actor Charles Ouda alias Charlie has passed away at the age of 38 years as revealed by his family.
Through a joint statement, the family and his fiancée former BBC journalist Ciku Muiruri requested privacy as they mourn him.
The statement further reveals that Charles Ouda passed away on Saturday night as they promised to release additional details in due course.

“Dear friends and family, it is with great sadness that we share the passing of Charles ‘Charlie’ J.Ouda on the night of February 3, 2024.
We appeal to all to give his fiancée Ciru, and the Oudas space to grieve this unfathomable loss. More details will be given in due course.” read the joint statement.
Among the famous movies the actor has featured include kids show Zone, Makutano Junction, Changing Times, Count it Out, and The First Grader.
Away from acting he was also known for being a good voice over actor, event manager, show host and script writer.
