Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has confirmed the arrest of Rongo MP Hon. Paul Odalo Mark over conflict of interest and theft of Ksh 122 million.
Through a statement, EACC confirmed that the MP in collaboration with Christopher Nelson registered a company by the name Azlec Infrastructure Kenya Ltd which won tenders under the constituency CDF to drill boreholes thus earning Ksh 122 million in return.

He also registered another company by the name Jebset Holdings Limited which was being managed by his personal assistance who received Ksh 19.6 million from the same CDF kitty.
“The MP has through his Personal Assistant registered another company by the name Jebset Holdings Limited. Through this company, the Personal Assistant has been paid Ksh.19.6 million by Rongo Constituency NG-CDF. The Personal Assistant is the sole Director and signatory to the Company Bank Account,” read the statement
