President William Ruto has promised Nairobi Governor that he will support his school feeding program ‘Dishi Na County’ with a machine that produces 1 million chapatis daily.
The Head of State was speaking in St Teresa Girls Secondary School in Nairobi where he called on Governor Johnson Sakaja to add chapati to the school’s menu.

“Over 300,000 children are benefiting from the program; that means we need a machine to produce a million chapatis every day. I have asked the President for it,” he said
In response to the request, President William Ruto agreed to purchase the machine but it is up to the Governor to find out whereto buy it.
“I have agreed to buy a chapati-making machine. Governor, your work is now finding where to buy it.” he said
