Ruud Van Nistelrooy wraps interim job beating Leicester

Manchester United interim manager Ruud Van Nistelrooy has signed off in style on Sunday beating Leicester City 3-0 at Old Trafford.

In what was the club’s 19th unbeaten run against newly promoted side, Manchester United took the lead in the 17th minute through Bruno Fernandes who landed on Amad Diallo’s backheel before curling the ball into the net.

Leicester threatened through Jordan Ayew but it was Manchester United who again had the last laughwhen Garnacho’s superb curling ball found the top corner of the goal sealing the much important points.

The win leaves Manchester United in 13th position with 15 points from 11 matches played as Leicester trail behind in 15th position with 10 points.
