Telecom giants Safaricom has on Tuesday morning confirmed a recurring problem affecting PayBill payments in the country.
Through a statement, they confirmed that the issue is being dealt with their technical team and a feedback will be issued once restored.
“We are experiencing a recurring service intermittency affecting some PayBill payments. The issue is under resolution by our technical team, we shall inform you once service resume.” read the statement

The news follows lamentations from Kenyans that bank to Mpesa transfer services have been unavailable for over 12 hours.
“Many Kenyans are lamenting that most banks to Mpesa transfer services have been down for almost 12 hours now. No update from Safaricom whatsoever.” said Cyprian is Nyakundi
Others are yet to receive token on KPLC payments they made on Monday night as they now demand for a refund of their money.
“I paid ksh 30 to kplc prepaid and it ended up deducting ksh 1697, i think there wss a problem yesterday, kindly assist me to reverse the money back.” said Almasi
