Telecom giants Safaricom has issued a statement in regard to the network experienced across the country.
in the statement, Safaricom confirmed that two of their under sea cables that deliver internet traffic in the country experienced an outage.
They continued by saying that they are working to ensure minimal service interruption so as to keep people connected pending full restoration of its services.
“You may, however, experience reduced internet speeds and intermittency on various apps including M-PESA Super App and Safaricom App.” read the statement
