telco giants Safaricom has confirmed that it will be conducting a scheduled system maintenance on Monday 7th April 2025.
The maintenance which will start from 01:00am to 01:30am is essential to ensure that remain reliable, safe, secure and provide superior customer service experience.

According to Safaricom, data, calls and SMS will continue during this period uninterrupted with the timing of the maintenance proffered as it will cause minimal inconvenience to customers.
“To meet our promise to always offer reliable, safe, secure and superior customer experience, we will be conducting a scheduled system maintenance on the night of Monday 7th April 2025 starting from 01.00AM to 1.30AM,” they said
“The timing of this maintenance has been planned to result in the least inconvenience to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for choosing us as your trusted service provider,” they continued
