The Senate committee tasked with probing the Shakahola massacre has called for more time to conclude their findings.
Speaking on Sunday was the committee chairperson and Tana River Senator Danson Mungatana who noted that they are yet to present more witness to testify against controversial preacher Paul Mackenzie.

The massacre which has not only surprised Kenyans but the whole world is yet to be concluded as the prosecution team also requested more time to present more evidence against the pastor.
“We are almost at the end of the investigations, but we still have witnesses yet to testify. Hopefully, at the end of October we should have the complete report ready,” said Mungatana
The Senator who was accompanied by former Kilifi Governor and now Speaker Amason Kingi was speaking during the launch of Pokomo bible.
