Busia Senator Okiya Omtatah has confirmed that unknown people raided his office on Friday night.
Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, the no nonsense Senator revealed that those who raided his office made away with electronics.
He has however reported the matter to the police but no leads to the suspects have come forth.

According to the Senator the incident occurred at his office in Busia but it is still unclear what information was being targeted byh the perpetrators.
Omtatah recently filed a case challenging the controversial Finance Act 2023 whose implementation could rise further the cost of living through additional taxes.
Its implementation has been suspended by the court as CJ Martha Koome established a three judge bench that would hear and determine the case.
There have also been cries from the opposition where leaders linked to Azimio la Umoja are being arrested and taken to unknown locations.
