Six people are feared dead after a septic tank they were standing on collapsed in n Kihunguro area, Ruiru Sub-County.
The incident happened after a group of them decided to make a stop over at a friend’s house when 11 of them stood on top of the septic tank before falling in.

According to the police in Kiambu, the 11 must have fell in due to the weight they exerted while standing on top of it.
It took the intervention of Ruiru fire brigadeand police from Kihunguro police statio to retrieve the 11 people who included two children.
One of those who died include a girl while those who were rescued were rushed to Ruiru hospital for treatment.
