Siaya Deputy Governor William Oduol has lamented over his poor working relationship with Governor James Orengo ever since he was threatened of being ousted from the position.
Speaking on Thursday before the Standing Committee on Devolution and Inter-Governmental Relations, Oduol noted that he has been denied facilitation fee and other allowances.
He continued by accusing Governor James Orengo of deploying goons who have blocked him from accessing his office thus making it impossible to execute his mandate.

According to Oduol, he has turned to the committee for assistance as other avenues he turned to for help have been futile.
“I would make sure that the Governor has visibility of all these letters and the County Assembly including the committee in charge of oversight. I have requisition for allowances for me and my staff here, they have never been paid,” he said.
The committee is now set to summon Siaya Governor James Orengo to hear his side of the story as it seeks to mediate between the two parties.
Back in June last year, the Deputy Governor survived impeachment after he was accused of gross violation of the Constitution and abuse of office.
