Several students are reported to have sustained critical injuries following a multiple vehicle crash along the Eldoret-Nakuru Highway, Nakuru County.
The Tuesday afternoon accident is reported to have occurred when a matatu heading to Nakuru lost control before ramming into a lorry which in turn hit a personal car.

An emergency response team responded on time taking away the wreckage and transferring those injured to the nearby hospitals for treatment.
A traffic snarl-up followed after the accident and the police responded well by decongesting the busy highway even though some motorists opted to use alternative routes.
As at the time of publishing, it was not clear how many people sustained injuries.
