Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has dispelled allegations that Azimio la Umoja is on the verge of collapsing.

The leadership of Azimio is intact, there is no dissension anywhere in Azimio and that is why we are taken aback.” he said
Raila however took a swap at journalist for reporting that the coalition was on its deathbed saying the allegations are just meant to create confusion among members of the coalition.
“You see a banner headline in a very senior media in the country. This is irresponsible journalism that must be discarded. We don’t want the media to spread despondency among members of Azimio.
We have stood firm, Azimio is on a course of liberation in this country from tyranny and irresponsibility.” said Raila.
The news comes at a time when principals of the coalition have declared that they will vie for Presidency come 2027.
