Three migrants are on Sunday morning feared dead while attempting to cross the English Channel using a small boat as confirmed by French coastguard.
The migrants ended up in the water as they used the boat from Sangatte, northern France. A total of 46 people received treatment with most of them suffering hypothermia as four of them were rushed to the hospital for treatment.

The coastguard continued by revealing that seven of them required intensive care as search and rescue is ongoing at the channel to establish any survivors or retrieve more bodies.
“Any attempt to cross the Channel in this way is very, very dangerous – but at this time of year, it is even more deadly.” said Pierre-Henri Dumont to BBC
The Home Office has vowed to end the frequent crossing as well as dismantling the gang that has been conducting the trade.
