Two suspects have been arrested by DCI detectives from Embakasi for stealing from locked vehicles especially those parked near banks.
The arrest follows a report filled at Bensquare Police Post back in November where an individual lost Ksh 500,000 from his car.

The suspects Charles Mulwa Mwema and Shaban Maingi Rashid were arraigned at Milimani Law Courts pending hearing of the case on Friday.
“Detectives from DCI Embakasi have today arraigned two suspects, known for stealing from locked motor vehicles parked outside banking halls and for other car break-ins. One notable incident was reported at Bensquare Police Post on November 23, 2024, where they stole Sh500,000 from a locked motor vehicle.
The suspects, Charles Mulwa Mwema and Shaban Maingi Rashid were arraigned before the Milimani Law Courts for custodial orders. The court is expected to make a ruling on the matter tomorrow.” said DCI
