Anti Narcotic Unit (ANU) detectives, based at NACADA have arrested two suspects in possession of 360 rolls of bhang behind Kangundo Road market.
Rufftone Kinuthia Ngeruro and Joseph Kangethe Kamau were taken to custody as the exhibits were safely kept as the police vowed to deal with the sale, distribution and consumption of illicit drugs.
“In an intelligence-driven operation, Anti Narcotic Unit (ANU) detectives, based at NACADA, have arrested two suspects, Rufftone Kinuthia Ngeruro and Joseph Kangethe Kamau, and recovered 360 rolls of cannabis sativa at their hideout located behind Kangundo Road market.
The suspects and exhibits are in safe custody as efforts to deal with the sale, distribution and consumption of illicit drugs continue to gain traction.” said DCI
