Rally driver Maxine Wahome has on Wednesday been presented in court where two witnesses in the murder case have been arraigned.
“The prosecution today presented their first and second witnesses in a case involving Maxine Muringo Wahome charged with the murder of his boyfriend, Asad Manzour Khan, contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code Cap 63 Laws of Kenya.” said ODPP
The two wtinesses include Khan’s former neighbour and security guard at Preston Court where the deceased lived to shed more light on what happened on the fateful day.

“Chemutai Sogomo Kipkorir, the deceased former neighbour, and Hassan Wesonga Oyugi, the security guard at Preston Court, narrated to the court what transpired on the day Asad Manzour Khan sustained serious injuries on the right leg.
The prosecution led by Ms. Sarah Ogweno, Mr. Allen Mulama, Ms. Roselyne Tum, and Dela Wilbey will be calling 17 more witnesses in the case.” said ODPP
Maxine Wahome is accused of killing boyfriend Asad Khan on 12th December 2022, allegations that Maxine has pleaded not guilty.
