Former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has parted ways with Plymouth Argyle as the club’s head coach by mutual consent.
The breakup follows a series of poor results recorded since taking over which includes only one victory in the last 14 games leaving them at the bottom of the table.

The former Derby County head coach now marks his fourth exit as a manager after previously coaching DC United, and Birmingham City.
The news has caused a debate on social media with many speculating that the former England striker will now resort to punditry or another coaching job.
