- Prime suspect in Starlet Wahu’s murder linked to serial killings
The news comes barely a week after Starlet Wahu was found dead inside an Airbnb in Nairobi’s South B area before the police were able to arrest the prime suspect John Matara.
Wahu was found socked in a pool of blood with a HIV test kit, both used and unused condoms were also found at the scene.
It was later revealed that the suspect has a habit of luring women especially from dating apps as he poses as a rich man only for him to tie and rob them either at gun point or using a knife.
CCTV footage from the Airbnb revealed Matara entering and leaving in what looks like he was in pain before the gateman reported the matter to the police after he saw him leaving socked in blood.
