Police in Kisumu are pursuing a woman who is accused of stabbing to death another woman for allegedly having an affair with her husband.
The incident which occurred in Nyamasaria area of Kisumu East Sub-County, saw the suspect identified as Rosemary Achieng, alias Mama Boy found the woman taking to his husband who is a boda boda rider near the Butter Toast stage.

Armed with a knife, Rosemary is reported to have attacked the woman stabbing her several times on the chest before leaving her for dead and fleeing the scene.
The victim identified as 30-year-old Brenda Awour succumbed to excessive bleeding with the incident happening late in the dark.
Investigation into the incident revealed that the suspect operated an M-Pesa business near the boda boda stage the husband operates from.
Fellow boda boda operators also confirmed that the husband has been involved in an open open affair with the victim, something that angered the wife.
The body of the deceased has since been moved to  Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital morgue.
